Role Context
The Business Planning and Reporting unit is part of the Finance & Treasury Division and is responsible for the co-ordination of budgeting and forecasting as well as production and distribution of management reporting across all divisions in the bank. Responsibilities

Assist the business in meeting Bank Indonesia requirement of half-yearly business plan submission. Translate bank's internal plan into agreed format for Bank Indonesia submission. Complete qualitative aspect of business plan. Liaise with various business units to ensure bank's plan and strategy are captured in the plan.
Assist in preparation of strategic updates for quarterly board meeting, e.g. peer analysis, market data review, etc.
Prepare periodic management reporting to various business units, e.g. branch/product profitability reports, branch portfolio reports, etc.
Involve in expense monitoring/reporting process as part of monthly BoD performance report. Analyse and explain significant movements to business units.
Continuously develop and improve the financial model and reporting templates used by the team to ensure integrity and accuracy of the model/templates.
Support any future project deliverables and ad-hoc queries from management.
