Role Context
The Business Planning and Reporting unit is part of the Finance & Treasury Division and is responsible for the co-ordination of budgeting and forecasting as well as production and distribution of management reporting across all divisions in the bank. The role is particularly important as it ensures analysis, integrity and consistency across divisions. It is integral in supporting the business to make proper strategic decisions.


Responsibilities
Provide active contribution to the annual budget and quarterly forecast process. Liaise with various Business Units and Support functions to understand the business drivers and ensure that assumptions used are accurate.
Assist the business in meeting Bank Indonesia requirement of half-yearly business plan submission. Translate bank's internal plan into agreed format for Bank Indonesia submission. Complete qualitative aspect of business plan. Liaise with various business units to ensure bank's plan and strategy are captured in the plan.
Assist in preparation of strategic updates for quarterly board meeting, e.g. peer analysis, market data review, etc.
Prepare periodic management reporting to various business units, e.g. branch/product profitability reports, branch portfolio reports, etc.
Involve in expense monitoring/reporting process as part of monthly BoD performance report. Analyse and explain significant movements to business units.
Continuously develop and improve the financial model and reporting templates used by the team to ensure integrity and accuracy of the model/templates.
Support any future project deliverables and ad-hoc queries from management.

Candidates for this position should possess minimum qualifications and competencies as follows:

1. S-1 degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University.

3. 5 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer in Power Generation sector preferably but other heavy industrials, Coal Mining will be considerable as well.
4. A sound understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
