Facility Maintenance - Account Manager

Job Description:

• Act as a focal point for all Facility Maintenance issues, and act as a company representative in liaison with Client and Vendors.
• Maintain facilities at specified levels of operating condition, at lowest possible cost consistent with goals of producing a quality output as economically as possible.
• Plan & manage Preventive & Corrective Maintenance to achieve target of Service Level Agreement
• Prepare and manage team monthly and yearly budget
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities.
• To give technical advisory for technical troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment and other systems refer to maintenance contract
• Develop innovation or alternative systems for repetitive problems
• Create and manage schedule of regular evaluation (Preventive Maintenance) of the facilities.
• Manage Monthly WO report, HSSE report and Financial Report
• Recruiting or outsourcing of facility service staff and training them appropriately to ensure competent work output.
