Position : Legal Head
MULTINATIONAL BANK – URGENTLY REQUIRES

Our consultants bring with them over 25 years of global/Indonesia experience with demonstrated success in establishing HR Best Practices in multinational organizations. Potentia HR is dedicated to improving productivity and performance in the work place through comprehensive and totally integrated HR solutions.
We have been retained by Multinational Bank to recruit dynamic and career oriented banking professional for their rapid growth or expansion plans. They required a Legal Head to support their bankwide business.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for internal and/or external parties on behalf of the company for any legal matters.
Organize and maintain legal policy and procedure.
Responsible for all activities in the area Legal & Remedial.
Responsible as an advisory, give legal opinions on any legal issues to management.
Prepare draft, arranging and review any agreements/contracts and other legal documents used by the company with other party, according to the prevailing laws and regulations.
Manage, advertise and dispose defaulted accounts assets (Special Asset Management).
Review defaulted accounts legal documentation and give recommendation to Management on the case and for future reference.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of working experience.
Minimum Bachelor Degree holder from related disciplines.
Proficiency in oral written English.
Possess good interpersonal skill.
