Position of Tele sales / Supervisor November 2011

Location: Jakarta

We are a fast growing group of IT companies focusing on providing IT products, services and solutions.We provide a wide range of IT solutions and services; Hardware & System software Infrastructure, System Integration, Structured Cabling, LAN/WAN Design and Implementation, Software Acquisition, Outsourcing, Maintenance, Training, Consulting and Custom Application Development. To anticipate our business growing, you are invited to fill our following post

1. Female
2. Max 28 years old, max 32 years old for telesales supervisor
3. Min D3/ S1 any major, preferable in Computing science
4. Good inter-personal skill and communication skill
5. Min 1 year experience in IT Software/Hardware sales or other related sales field/ Fresh graduates are welcome, min 5 years for telesales supervisor
6. Having good English, both spoken and written
7. Self starter, able to work with minimum supervision, good time management and a team player
8. Computer literate in MS Office and Messaging system
9. Self -motivated and result-oriented by closing deal
10. Strong leadership and people management skills
11. Telesales supervisor will be expected to; manage team of telesales, develop market to achieve the targeted goal.
12. Telesales candidate will be expected to develop customer’s need through phone calling, making quotation and closing deal via phone.
