Requirements
Responsibilities:
Report to the Director
Schedule, Motivate, and Lead studio staff
Maintain a professional work environment
Hire, train and maintain local staff
Resolve customer concerns, create new customers, create customers into friends return again and again WHO
Be on site to handle Situations as They Arise
Generate reports and track daily sales
Track inventory and order as Necessary
Do whatever is Necessary to create radical success for all INVOLVED
Qualifications:
Bahasa language proficiency
Indonesian preferred
Comfortable with giving direction and Supervising staff? Comfortable approaching with customers / clients
Who is on good people person with names and faces? 100% Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
Very well organized? Very observant and detail orientated? Excellent work ethical, enjoys taking initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Negotiating at good prices / deals
Excellent at multi-tasking and prioritizing? Highest standards for customer service
Good with retail, retail inventory, buying wholesale
Experience with customer service in the studio, retail or restaurant setting.
A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining the standards Radiantly Alive
