- Indonesian Citizen (WNI), male, age by December 1, 2011 at least 18 years and maximum 30 years for the inexperienced or a maximum of 40 years with a minimum 2 years experience operating the loading and unloading equipment owned Pelindo III (evidenced by SPKWT).
- Equivalent high school education (preferably majoring in Mechanical / Electrical)
- Have preferred to have the SIM B1 and SIO (Operator's license) is still valid
- Min height 160cm, no glass eyes and not color blind
- Not afraid to work a high place
- Preferred experience as an equipment operator loading and unloading.
